didn't they have Duke ranked above us both years we beat them in the final four? After we beat them I mean...

Its a stat model though right? Isn't the idea that a team ranked above another team would win more than 50% of the time if they played each other a 1,000 times? If that's the case, a team can beat another team and still be assumed inferior by the model.

8th in the Big East seems about right to me, with cautious optimism we can outperform that with buy in.
