I did a quick search, but I did not see any ticket promo threads. Anyone know where I could get discounted tickets for Thursday, Friday, or both?

Tickets available all over the lower sections. No tix availabe in the upper sections. I agree with you, and think that they must not be selling tix in some of those sections, like was the case in Brooklyn.

I've also been to lots of these early games there, and they have never been well attended, unless Kentucky is playing.

I went on the MSG site and got section 114(only because the cheaper UConn alumni area is sold out). Looks like the game is selling very well. I have seen some banner ads for it on other sports sites as well.

You take the voucher to will call the day of the game and you're given a ticket. The voucher says that if you buy two vouchers together you can get seats together as well. I'm showing up as soon as will call opens just to be sure I can get the tickets together.
