Seems like the roof repairs are to be taken care of sometime over the next 5 years. Then they will renovate/expand the concourse level of Gampel as opposed to building an entirely new facility (figs. 4 + 5).

Interesting to see the plans for the rec center's renovation and expansion which will also bring a new student health center right next to it. The track and field will be reconstructed with a parking garage build underneath it too. I love reading/seeing this stuff!
