Marquette had chances at the end but could not make open shots at the end. 5 games in 8 days and a physical pummeling by UConn. Got to give them credit after fighting back from 17 pts down in the 3Q.

Today was the first Marquette game that allowed parents to attend the game.
Wonder why they didn't decide this when UConn was in town 2 days ago???

As suspected, DePaul won and won at Marquette. I hope that quiets some of the DePaul naysayers. I also do think DePaul is better than USF. That would be a game I would like to see. Marquette doesn't play Seton Hall again this season but I do think with AEH, Seton Hall is better than Marquette-so my BE ranking would be UConn, DePaul, SH and then Marquette. That's not a disrespect to Marquette but a promo for how well SH is now playing. Not sure four teams would get bids but I do think SH and Marquette are at least as good as VPI, Wake Forest or ND.

Agree 100% - Seton Hall with AEH is a better overall team "NOW" than Marquette. I think that if the NCAA is fielding the field of 64, that 3 teams from the Big East (UCONN, DePaul and Seton Hall) need to get in.
