I have sat in row M in 107 (right next to the OP's section) and in my opinion these are the best seats in the house. The view is good, the court proximity is great, and the bathroom and concession proximity is phenomenal.
I tried to sell my extra ticket for that game and couldn't do it, and I even ended up trying to give it away for free on short notice and still found no takers. I think people were iffy about buying a ticket in the ADA row. I don't know all the intricacies of it, but I know that UConn didn't even inform me that the seats where in an ADA row when I bought them, and I know I didn't have any issues getting into the game or getting seated.
