Been crunching some numbers in the second half of the game since I needed a little distraction.
I took a look at all the box scores specifically at the performances of Boat/Brimah/Ham/Purv.*
When 2 or less of the 4 score in double figures we're 5-11
When 3 of the 4 score in double figures we're 8-2
When all 4 score in double figures we're 4-0
*Hamilton had some games with single digits but they were typical DHam stat stuffer games so I counted them. Also, Calhoun contributed a few games midseason, and Cassell/Facey/Samuel scored double figures once or twice as well.
Boat scored double digits in 24 of the 30 games
Hamilton: 18
Brimah: 16
Purv: 14
It's been known since the beginning that consistency was going to be a problem with this team and these stats are probably obvious to the average UConn fan, but still thought it was interesting to get the actual stats together and see the results.
