Now getting blown out

To #6 Baylor in their 3rd game in 3 days

They were glued to our best shooters. The only guys were were open at times from 3 was Martin and Sanogo. The day before we shot the lights out from 3 and Izzo had that as the game plan. He single covered Sanogo mostly too.

Late in the game Polley came off a screen twice open and Gaff missed him. Part of the problem was also trying to force the ball into the post to AS even if it wasnt there.

Gaffney should only play if we have no other options. He isn’t good. Watching the first half was painful. We do not look like a good team.

Baylor was playing their 3rd game as well. That is the WORST excuse in these tournaments.

Is it illegal for us to hit literally wide open 3’s? Akok, Polley, AJ, Cole, Gaffney all missed shots from behind the arc with no one around. 2 for 12 overall.

Look at the 1/2 stats. He is +8. Only sonogo is plus. It’s team work
