I hope Daniel gives us updates on a regular basis, like twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) until the morning of their first game. Very interested to get a report of Dan's visual observations (assuming he's allowed to attend practice), along with Geno's (and the other coach's) thoughts and observations after about a month.

There should be some separation between players just doing OK, and those doing very good. Most interested to hear how Aaliyah and Paige are doing after a month, as it's assumed that if neither starts, they'll be the first two off the bench. Are they beginning to understand any parts of the system yet? It's been reported here that Paige and Autumn's AAU teams ran plays similar to UConn's.

Remember what Christyn said in her recent video: "right now, the freshmen have no idea what they're doing." Let's see if the needle moves even a little in that regard in the next 4 weeks.

I like aggressive freshmen. Like Nurse. Most freshmen are along for the ride. Nurse picked up an oar and started rowing the boat from day 1. Better an error of commission than one of omission. As long as they are trying to do something positive instead of trying not to make any mistakes I'm happy.
