Question for the yard... Has a team ever gotten thru the tournament with 18 points being the closest game. I heard that we came up just shy of the highest winning average.

I don't know but We all know that this and other UCONN teams could have had the highest scoring margins ever in the Tournament but as usual in most games they back off not wanting to run up the score. Lots of other teams don't do that.

What were the margins of victory?
67, 33, 26, 30, 18, 33. That looks like 207 or 34.5 ppg. That's crazy for the NCAAs, including against 4 highly ranked teams.

IMO if we had played Baylor tonight the 33 would have been 13!
