There were times in recent years i wondered if the assistants could get into a bar legally.
Bringing in the new coach has assuredly helped immensely. Give credit to Cav for realizing he had to make changes. Wonder if his hands were tied budget wise previously or not. Regardless, the outcome is outstanding.

Whatever formula he has for recruiting in terms of how he got the past couple classes in- well keep on doing it.

Two years ago I trekked to Alfond, where we took five of six points. Deja vu, all over again?
Do I remember correctly you reported on your odyssey then? 6 points at Alford against a top ten team in the middle of January would be beyond awesome!!!

Great start! Very disciplined performance last night.

Disciplined, gritty this is a hockey team to get behind. Team is greater than sum of parts and man do they scrap and stay in the moment. So refreshing after last couple years where team never lived up to billed potential.

Correct, I did.

I found this…it’s from the USCHO fan forum…they have a thread for Maine Hockey. I don’t think they have a Boneyard equivalent.

I just read all the comments. Kudos to Maine’s fans for balanced, insightful perspective.

Maine will come out fast tonight. Coach was unhappy with their performance and how they were out worked last night
