UConn is in an almost must win out the regular season scenario to get an at large bid and that’s the performance they put out in the first period?
 
Cav should be blistering the paint in the locker room after that effort.
 
Needed that one…as funky as it looked.
 
Maybe we could try to win some faceoffs now. 14-5 NE so far.
 
Cant win a faceoff tonight. 19-5 is just ridiculous. Combine that with all the giveaways and we’re lucky it’s only 2-1.
 
That is just a really bad penalty.
 
Salminen is the only trustworthy faceoff man UConn has.

If UConn could combine Terness’ calmness in net with Sergeev’s athleticism and size they would have a heck of a goalie.
 
A positive second period…must carry it over to the third.

Complete turnaround in the second.

UConn could have had 4 or 5 if it wasn’t for Levi.

Must stay out of the box in the third. Cannot give Northeastern many more chances on the power play.
