Be good or be gone.I'll be there +2. We're going to take the subway over and stop in McSorley's, then walk towards the Garden and hit Stout for dinner, then Legends.
You can’t just leave, you have to get thrown out of McSorleys. Good for the mojo.Be good or be gone.
My wife got thrown out of there once. For standing on the bar and leading the patrons in singing the national anthem. You can’t just leave, you have to get thrown out of McSorleys. Good for the mojo.
(It’s easy- just ask for a margarita or something!)

The last time I was there was for the BET. Guy walks in and asks for a Guinness. The response from the bartender was worth the price of the game ticket. You can’t just leave, you have to get thrown out of McSorleys. Good for the mojo.

Thanks for the heads up.Just an FYI, SantaCon is this Saturday. Hopefully not too crazy in the City but whatever.
If you're taking a train in, Metro North bans alcohol on the trains for this and if I recall correctly, they are pretty strict about it.
Could make for an annoying ride home. Not to mention boring ride in.Just an FYI, SantaCon is this Saturday. Hopefully not too crazy in the City but whatever.

Agreed! Only good thing is that is starts at 10am and ends 8pm. Hopefully they will all be passed out or home already by the time we get on the train home...11ish?Could make for an annoying ride home. Not to mention boring ride in.

The worst NYC tradition by far. Drunk Santa’s melting down on 3rd avenue at 11:45am. Always fun getting questions from my kid about why Santa is on the sidewalk smoking a cigarette looking for their phone.Good point.
Opposing teams with good fanbases tend to turnout pretty well for the NYC games. Alumni in the area and just worth the trip for others (and easy to travel to, though no direct flights from Spokane to NYC at least). Indiana had a huge contingent last year. I'd expect Gonzaga to do pretty well (but not as well as a blue blood major state university). In +6. Wonder how many zags fans will make the trip. Hopefully its a full takeover for the good guys.
