Tennessee with some careless turnovers late. Walker is struggling in this game, no other options?
 
Pretty exciting game. Man I was hoping for an OIe Miss win! Gonna be cheering hard for South Carolina on Saturday.
 
Walker really fouled Ole Miss before the ball was in play, and put them on the free throw line when Tennessee had a 5 point lead?! Why would you let the clock stop and give Ole Miss free points?

Now Tennessee turns it over when Ole Miss was going to have to foul. Tennessee is making this harder than it should be
 
I think that game really turned after Austin got hurt. She really couldn't do anything after that.

11-11 season and 4-10 in SEC Conference play and you think they should be in the Big Dance. Any team that has a losing conference record should only get to the dance by winning the Conference Tournament. I also believe that any conference should be able to send 7 teams at the max, Tournament winner plus up to 6 at large choices. Too many teams are left out that have won the Regular season but lose in the tourney because the NCAA packs the Tournament with mostly P5 schools.

Agreed

On the bright side, it showed the fight and potential in the rest of Ole Miss team. Coach Yo will have something. to sell this offseason. Feel she will definitely add some solid players from the portal to help compliment the current team.

Yes and the last couple of games have sold her personally too. Who wouldn't want to play for such a great leader. And a fun personality as well.
 
2 big takeaways for me in this game.

1. Coach Yo has Ole Miss on the uprise. If she can recruit she will keep them out of the SEC cellar. She has a great attitude and personality. Kids will wanna play for that.

2. Tennessee will be in trouble next season when Davis leaves. They will have to figure things out and may take some lumps in the preseason.

I have always felt Big Dance should try to match the top 64 teams in the country at tournament time regardless of conference. Based upon what I have seen Ole Miss is one of the top 64 teams as of today. As a MSST supporter I certainly have a bias but given that criteria MSST is not a top 64 team.

No it's not but I loved it last night. Just straight up respect because Ole Miss' defense had been aggressive.
