I love that there is a good game on August 24th. 66 days away. Miami and Florida in Orlando. Big for both teams....Miami entering the Manny Diaz era and the Gators seeing if they are ready to take the next step with Mullen. Plus all those Florida kids playing in front of family and friends.....and all those Florida recruits getting to watch two future options in person.

I believe July 29th/Aug 1st just not 100% sure which is report date versus first practice.

It's OK.. It's just that the threads (nowadays) seem to waver off the actual topic at hand... Can be a bit cumbersome when the focus should be where it should be, UConn, not everybody else... We can go to those teams' message boards and get that kind of insight...
Back to UConn Football.. Anybody catch the UConn Blog post with Dan O interviewing Edsall? It was basically a comparison of Edsall 1.0 vs. Edsall 2.0 at the same spot at the FBS era.. Year 3 is when we turned a corner. Edsall feels we're in the same boat here. He basically indicated that the players had to take the lead and hold themselves accountable. That's when the change started.. It happened in Edsall 1.0.. It's happening now... Good to hear...
