Not a great performance two many things they did wrong one letting UMass Lowell to screen musenelik three times our defense has to do a better job stopping them from doing that like at least block the shot better or make it uncomfortable for them in the crease. Two not enough finishing our checks our big guys need to step up and hit every UMass Lowell player when they have the puck. And third two many passes instead just shooting the puck. If they fix these things tomorrow they will be fine. Also we didn't drop to much in the npi we dropped to 20 but gain one spot after a team losed in front of us so if they win tomorrow they will move back up. And their still first place in hockey east since bc played stonehill!

I'm going to play off the assumption that they are not as talented as us which I think most people can agree. If you follow through with that assumption, then the performance tonight was a complete and utter embarrassment.

The score was 5 to 3 but OK you knock off their empty net goal that's four goals allowed but they hit the freaking pipe three times. They were all over our ass for most of the game while we dilly dallied trying to make the perfect pass so that it will show up on ESPN's top 10 playlists.

Well at least they salvaged some dignity in the third period. Cavanaugh needs to be proactive when things go in the tank. He's not a spectator, he's the coach! Did you see how Norm Bazin settled his defense after our opening game flurry? He dropped them deeper in the neutral zone and concentrated on defense first. He is a hell of a coach and makes great in game adjustments.

First off I blame waquoit. Way to go!!! I thought we mostly sleep walked through 2 periods. And let in at least 2 soft goals. Took foolish penalties. Then made the furious comeback but too little too late. This was a bad loss to a very mediocre club.

The worst part of the game for me last night? The drunks…had one guy screaming in our ears and spitting on us so we moved. Had another who wouldn’t sit down, so we had to move. Finally went up to the stratosphere just to get away from them.
