Keep in mind this is calendar year 2024. UConn and South Carolina's numbers before Jan 1 aren't included and both teams played some big games before New Year's.

Not only were the 3 games listed played after Jan.1, they were all elite 8 games. Those are naturally the most heavily watched games in wbb. ( But note that SCar v NC State final four did not make the list).
Next year, I expect UConn and SCar ( in that order) to return to the top of wbb viewership.
It will be very interesting to see what UCLA and U$C pull in with new network ties.
As a die-hard Celtics and Husky fan, it looks like I'm batting .600 on this list. That's a pretty good BA for any sports fan. Now, if the Red Sox will just continue getting their act together.....
