Rare 6-point possession for UCF. They hit a THREE and there was a Northwestern foul inside at the same time. Basket counted. Then, UCF hit another THREE.

Don't see that very often.

That scoring burst takes UCF up to 24! And we're not at halftime yet.

That play with Battles was shameful by the refs. They let play continue for far too long before they stopped it. I hope she's ok but it looked bad.

Those last few possessions for UCF were a mess. Lewis is the co-PG so she should have been able to facilitate but I think Kaba and Smith getting into foul trouble had a bigger impact than anything as Thomas does well in relief but Walker isn't much of an offensive threat off the bench.

This cooked UCF IMO. She was their energy, heart, soul and one of their leading scorers.

They got close late in the 4th but outside of Lewis UCF can't hit a three and even she has been quiet the last several games.

Battles sets the tone and it's hard to make up for her intensity.

Yep! I actually had UCF with the upset today and had Battles not went down I think they could have done it.
