But the point that I was trying to get across was if you have an account based in Connecticut, they just don;t put Connecticut sporting events on it. So even if you drove over the line it wouldn;t do any good. In Vegas you can be walking down Tropicana Bld. towards the MGM from the Unlv campus with basketball players for the game that night and place a bet on unlv. Maybe a little far fetched but true

I don't think you are a know it all, but I never intended to convey that one could bet on a Connecticut team within the state lines of Connecticut. On the other hand, there are definitely work arounds, if one were so inclined.

Thanks, just contacted Fanduel. This is how it works I can get Connecticut lines in NY and NJ. But while there I can;t bet teams in those states.

I threw out "500 feet" to make sure the GPS would definitively record one's out of state location.

I think it will be up to our LBs to stay true to their assignment and not try to be a heroes.

I just wanted to see if you knew something I didn't. Not the case. Now that I found the Utah State game winning ticket I thought I misplaced it's road trip time. I'm driving 44 to Lincoln and coming back the highway route by way of Tree House. It will be a good weekend.

I wouldn't touch this game with a wooden nickel. Everything points to UConn being able to cover this number.

But until I see how UConn's staff has prepared the defenders to defend Army, I can't put any money on it. It's a tough team to prep for the first time you play them and if you prepped wrong, making in-game adjustments is real tough. I think UConn wins but if Army wins I think there's a better chance they win by 3 TD's than them winning by less than 11.

No, if you have a fanduel or draftking account that is based in Connecticut, when you log in they know exactly where you are. If you were to drive over the line they would not take your action. I'll take it a step further, I spend overnights at Mohegan on a monthly basis. If I try to log in on my laptop in my room to go on the sportsbook, they won't let me. They want me to go downstairs and place my bet. You can't bet any Connecticut sports pro, college. or mma in Connecticut. I have spoken to people at Mohegan who work for Fanduel and they would love to be able to get that action, especially on nights the Sun play

That's just plain old false. I work in jersey, live in CT, and place bets on CT games all the time at work.
