Can someone please tell me what was so ugly about that game? It went back and forth with defense on both sides, players played, coaches coached and we squeaked out a W against a ranked team.

Imo there is no such things as an ugly win with the program. We’ve been through too much to take any win for granted. Today felt REALLY a good

It was a win, and these are the games it seemed like we could never pull off the last few years. Today, it finally felt like things went in our favor, and thats why we were able to win.

We missed over 80% of our 3s. I don't remember a lot of them being highly contested. Free throws were less than as well.

Defense and grit were awesome, I'm psyched about the win but it was fugly.

Poor shooting. TOs. Lots of fouls. Slow game pace. Low score. Not a lot of flow.

But it's amazing how over time, ugly wins become more and more beautiful.

Ugly from a referee standpoint, how they never saw hands in the cylinder late in game is beyond me. That ball was going to drop.

Florida shot 40% from the field, we shot 35%.

Florida shot 25% from three, we shot 18%.

UConn cleaned it up, but Florida finished with 13 turnovers.

Other than Florida shooting nearly 77% from the line, it was definitely an ugly game.

Who cares though? A win is a win.
