Man Judging Boatshow's Bank Acct Oversaw Biggest Financial Fraud in US History

I am heading out the door and my Dragon Lady is breathing fire - so I will be brief. Please don't tell the rest of us that we are somehow at fault for the greed and fraud of the banks, mortgage lenders/brokers, mortgage bankers, etc., those who put together the toxic financial packages and...

    Omar pen to paper

Omar should be a great pick up - and a very popular addition in the eyes of his fellow Huskies. Because, for the next 2-4 years, starting with the first practice in the Fall of 2012, every member of the Huskies except Omar will be able, without necessarily risking their neck, to yell out things...

    Grantland trolling UCONN

There may be several reasons why any NC will not repeat their success the next year and UCONN is no different. Sadly these a**es are clueless as to any reasons why this may occur and certainly are incapable of supporting an argument with basketball knowledge, logic or facts.

    What will happen to L'ville?

Just as an aside, and admitting my bias as I lived in Connecticut my entire life until I became too old and was ordered to move to Florida for part of the year, but I am very surprised that FSU has (supposedly) such a high acadamic reputation, so high that they would be looking down on Uconn's...

The NCAA is an evil and corrupt organization

Very good article. But as mentioned earlier, sometimes evil, corrupt and hypocritical organizations are needed because the alternative is probably worse (i.e., think Congress).

Interesting Connecticut connection on the Lakers...

Gary Vitti was born and raised in Stamford and attended SCSU where his parents and siblings still live. He graduated from the U of Portland (OR). He has been the Lakers trainer since (I believe) 1982.

Basketball PF may be closer then we think.

great if true. sad case of old age - i thought at first that you were referring to a new power forward and was wondering where the heck jc was going to fit another new recruit on a team already destined to seriously threaten to repeat.
