Sport gambling, where do you stand?

Yea was referring to the comment in your post about pros and their win rates - i dont think win rate is a useful stat whatsoever to determine if someone is a profitable gambler

Sport gambling, where do you stand?

My point was that you could easily have a sub 50% win rate and still be profitable (betting all +EV long shots for example)

Sport gambling, where do you stand?

Any "pro" who talks about win rate isn't really a pro - a win rate by itself holds zero value and zero indication of profitability

    Beer

the worst was when you would wait in line for 2 hours expecting to get 5 or 6 cans (max per person allotted that day) and then 2 those cans would sell out right before it was your turn - so you left with 4 cans haha

    Beer

Went on Friday and the place was pretty sweet! Two levels, very well done inside. Beer was pretty good, had the 4 year anniversary and one called '1823', both IPAs, would give them about 4/5

    OT: DIII sports experience

Being a student manager for a high D1 sports team is usually a great experience and might scratch your daughter's sport itch. I know the UConn football guys were at all the practices and traveled to all the games, was a great way to see different cities while being part of a major athletic...

Borges: Sanogo could see "limited minutes"; AJax calf issue; Diggins unlikely to see the floor

I definitely agree with your point that you can be a huge supporter of Hurley while also criticizing some of his decisions. I just personally think all the people insisting that he play Diggins rn are off-base. Hurley has put freshmen into the rotation before, and the fact that he isn't playing...

Borges: Sanogo could see "limited minutes"; AJax calf issue; Diggins unlikely to see the floor

We have no idea what is going on in practice! I think this DH quote from after the Xavier loss down in Charleston applies to all the 'coaches' on the BY ... "you don’t even know what you’re watching. You flip on a game, you watch 30 games a year and you watch the NBA, you don’t know shi* about...

    Heading to Tree House Brewery

I got the 12 days of Christmas Box this year and last - great purchase for 39 bucks! The boxes vary box to box and are a good assortment of styles. This year I got 3 stouts, 4 IPAs, 2 pales, 2 lagers and a sour. They also toss in a $5 credit/coupon to use at the taproom

    Beer

There were a couple times i went up to Monson in 2015 for a release of like 6 cans and then while standing in line they ran out of an offering or two and i left with 3 or 4 cans lol. Back then NO ONE made IPAs like TH though - you were only reaching those peaks in Monson

The whole 12% operation is awesome. Continually rotating offerings for free in state delivery to your door step. A lot of cool beers/breweries collaboration. Idk what their situation is right now with the cold but during warmer months I know they have a great tap list/room/patio set up for on...

    Beer

Oh I didn't mean it that way at all. I like how breweries don't distribute or don't distribute nationally - I am an Alchemist and Trillium fan so I get all that. I should have been clearer, I was just saying that are a lot of IPAs/beers you can get in stores that are better in 2020
  26. UConnSean

    Beer

I didn't mean there were hundreds of IPAs better, just that I really agreed with the statement that you can find better beers in shops nowadays. If you're looking for some really good IPAs, have you tried any from American Solera and Short Throw? I don't recall those breweries mentioned in here...

Fated Farmer series is top notch! i had a few of them the first cycle they were releasing...very good stuff. I bet that Pinot Noir boy is tasty....it's impressive what trillium is about to do with the addition of flavors like that. I had the 'Wild Sinister Kid' with black currants and pinot...
