An English guy masquerading as an American performing a gymnastics move was the most entertaining moment of the night? Sounds about right for soccer.

Years ago I wouldn't have missed a boxing match like this. I didn't even watch it on free TV. It's stuff like this that has allowed UFC to rise to where it is today. It's almost impossible for Atlas to have the fight 117-111 for PAC and a judge have the same score for Horn.
Not quite sure what you're saying, but I'd prefer a roster with kids that have either P5 or at least G5 offer lists to kids with an offer from Lafayette and the likes.
It's crazy to think that's a controversial stance. At least with this staff, I have confidence that they know what the heck...
I had to explain to my son why SMU couldn't execute the victory formation at the end of the game. I thought that was rock bottom. Then Tulane happened last year.
It's still the 2004 night game against Pitt for me. I've still yet to see the Rent as electric as it was that night. If I had to pick a moment from that game maybe Justin Perkins' pick 6 of Palko.
Honorable mention to the Larry Taylor fair catch game. It rained so hard before the game we...
I should rephrase that. What's unknown is whether or not Grimes can do anything with this group or if there really is a talent issue there. I know we like to blame everything on the coaching while absolving the players but that's not always the reality. FWIW I have some faith in Grimes that he...
You can "lose the team" a number of ways. It doesn't mean that the players quit to prove a point. It may mean that they saw what some of us saw in year 1 - that this guy was a total incompetent fraud.
Well, I hope it happens. But if I'm honest, I don't expect it.
The 2 most important people in the program this year might be Grimes and the QB. Both are complete unknowns at this point.
I would be shocked if he got another chance. He failed so badly and so miserably here that I doubt any AD would put his career on the line to hire someone who was so exposed as a fraud. The guy knows defense and will probably do well at Nebraska. But he was in way over his head as HC.
We got...
Good lord. Embarrassing. People siding with the clowns over Ray need to watch this video. Sharpe eviscerates them. Cringeworthy. I actually felt bad for him.
Wait Perkins wasn't even on the team when Ray left? Hilarious.
By name dropping Ray Allen, Durant, and Westbrook on that dopey segment Perkins has gotten more attention since like, ever.
That was me. I called him that because that's what he is. In the grand scheme of all time NBA PG's he's a big fat nobody. As for the clownface reference? Ask every one of his former and current team.
It's funny that he thinks it was classless to not post a congratulatory message to someone that has been publicly critical of you for years. F Paul Pierce and this whole silly 10 year victory lap circle jerk.
Ray didn't handle it in the best way. But these clowns have been dogging him publicly for years about it. He's handled it with class by taking the high road. He owes these guys nothing. Especially clownface big nobodies like Perkins, Davis, and Rondo. Garnett and Pierce are just attention who'res.
You're free to comment and judge all you wish. Just realize that on a message board there will be people who don't see things through your world view. You're an angry guy.
Maybe UConn isn't for him? Maybe let these kids make their own life decisions without judging them. Always a laugh when people overrate UConn's academics too. I say that as an alum. It's a fine school, but people go nuts about it.
Loop and I have butted heads in the past (good natured, at least on my part) on here. I was gonna comment that he's been doing stand up comedy here for much longer than 3 years. Thanks for ruining my joke.
