I'm not sure if Connecticut never cut down regional nets from 1990-2007 or from 2009 to the present, but they absolutely cut down the nets in the 2008 Greensboro Regional. They definitely celebrated, got up on the ladders and took snippets of the net. I was there, and took pics with a Canon...
