I haven’t quite got there yet but when I was young I was very much into creative writing and have fond memories of mentors who nurtured that interest. I’d like to pay that forward. I could see highschool English being my path.

Very similar! I ended up in continuous improvement which effectively was an internal teacher of manufacturing. Loved the classroom experience and the hands on coaching. Hated the politics of a global megacorp and the constant pressure.
