It was a joke! There is no chance of SEC or B1G admission. For the SEC, they are still in the CSA.

Using that logic, then UConn would be an outstanding addition to the SEC. Opens the door to the northeast.

I agree with most. I don't see Duke to the Big 10. Their football is Rutgers/Northwestern like. They would ruin basketball for the likes of Michigan and MSU. If NC goes there, there will be no need TV wise. NC State and Va Tech to SEC. Neither of them bring anything to that table.

I actually hold Purvis responsible most of all. He was put in when they had a large lead and could increase even more, but his play contributed to that lead evaporating. Agress Daniels just not interested.

BS. ESPN is the master puppeteer. They never pushed for UConn. At best remained neutral.

UConn has an ESPN problem period. Taking money from taxpayers and remaining at minimum neutral and not supportive. They could have put the kibosh on the ACC whenever they wanted to, but they didn't.

ESPN was and still is the puppeteer behind it all.

A few ACC Presidents with ties to Stanford and Cal aggressively pushed for them and won. FSU, Clemson, and UNC were opposed but caved. ESPN could have put the kibosh on it, like they have done to UConn on multiple occasions, but did not.

If ESPN wanted UConn in the Big 12, UConn would be there. I thought Fox was the holdout, but ESPN could have ponied up the money for UConn if they really wanted to. Also, once again, what makes you think that the ACC wants UConn and Villanova. Absolutely no evidence of that anywhere.

They want UConn and Villanova? Really? You are giving ESPN a good laugh. This whole Big East ACC thing is ridiculous. Not going to happen. ESPN has kept UConn out. It is intentional. If they wanted UConn in, it would have happened. ESPN is not UConn's friend.
