I didn't say he wouldn't be good. I just said he will take time to develop due to how physical the game is down low and how easily he got knocked off his shooting position. I did like what I saw but still think he needs more time to develop into a consistent player.

I thought Reibe needs some extra strength as he was knocked off his spots quite easily and missed a lot of bunnies. I like that he has good footwork but it will take some time to develop his game and get that consistency needed to score.

He has played 3 years for us and first year he got hurt in the first game. What has Evers done in his 4 years? Transfer a bunch and not play since he isn't good enough. There is a reason why he lost the job last year to Joe F.

Huh? Joe F. Hasn't been playjng us for that long as Evers had plenty of time to prove himself last year There is a reason why he couldn't stick with any big school he was at. If you want to put him in on 3rd, 4th downs and short to provide options fine but benching Joe for him isn't the answer...

We have seen enough of Evers to know he isn't the answer. Evers can't throw to save his life and while more mobile than Joe F. He is hardly one to miss tackles and move the chain. It looks like the Defense is more the issue than the offense.

Love to hear that. I hope he keeps it up knowing it is his position to lose.
