So glad for her. ND will still be decent next year but barely in the top 20, if that IMHO. We will see. I'd love to see them lose 10+ during the regular season. Poor Muffet!

Starting lineup something like Prohaska, Nixon, Brunell, Patterson, Vaughn. Doesn't exactly strike fear into anyone's hearts!

Best of luck to her, she will be a catch wherever she ends up. Minnesota would be nice.

Underestimate Muffet at your peril.

I think one or both of next year's freshmen will make big contributions. Vaughn will be ready for a big redshirt-sophomore leap as well.

They may not be Final Four good, but they won't be horrible. Probably in the 6-10 range.

I thinks ND will be ok. They have Brunelleschi and peoples. With some size that was on bench. You never know how they’ll develop if given the chance.

Also, with Ionescu staying, it ups her (Young's) value, no?
Unlike the NBA, I don't believe women get more for being picked higher in the draft. The rookie salaries are all about the same. It might increase there overseas value, however.

First 4 draft picks get $53,000 , 5 thru 8 get $ 49,500 and 9th thru 12 get $44,200. I believe second rounders get $ 43,500.

This is why I didn't understand Stevens leaving last year. Basically peanut change. Then giving up a chance to win a national championship.

What's interesting, Eric, is that Muffet seldom (if ever) used her bench. What about preparation for next season? Lack of confidence in tomorrow's starters doesn't bode well.

Yes but as most athletes they have short careers and earning power. Most make more money over seas anyway. I don’t know if she is playing overseas though
