Chemistry will be a huge word as this season progresses. Many wonder why this talented team would only beat a Div II team by 17 in an expedition game and this is part of it. This team will find chemistry for sure and the reason I know this is because of how the really good players played the game yesterday. For instance Gibbs passed up a few open 3's to ball fake, drive and create for others. Rodney went out of his way many times to throw the extra pass instead of taking the lane available and Jalen too. What was happening was a bunch of new teammates as well as returning players creating the "team" feeling and getting to know each other. KO stated in the paper that he didn't call any plays instead letting them figure it out and work together to just play basketball. Saw a ton of unselfishness which will eventually lead into confidence of each player to make plays when offered the opportunities.

Loved what I saw and think eventually this team will be one of a kind in finding and creating for each other, but also knowing many of them are playmakers on their own and will need to do that on occasion.
