The "top two" in the group, Eng and USA are perennially underachievers. Anyone dropping points to Iran may as well pack up and go home. Both will want to beat Wales to guarantee getting out of the group. The head-to-head almost won't matter so long as it's close in score. The winner gets a leg up on the top spot the loser is fighting for 2nd with Wales.

Of course, it would be classic US to go into the last match needing a win vs Iran while UK/Wales both go through with a draw.
