Why do folks think Mizzou would make the SEC wait? They wouldn't. They already know the Big Ten passed on them. Missouri is ready. They are waiting for the SEC. There is no final formal offer on the table - yet. Just ask WV if you want to jump the gun. The SEC has been checking to make sure that Missouri is the best and final team they can get. They have been checking with VT, FSU, etc. The answers are coming back not interested and when the SEC feels they have exhausted all other possibilities, they formally offer Mizzou.
