For entertainment while the girls selfishly concentrate on their own needs such as studying and final exams?

Why, Sonny, have you forgotten that you can have you mind stimulated by the Testmeister himself?;)

1. Argue about what a jump shot is.
2. Argue about how to rank a Canadian player until we get Vowelguy to stop posting.

We could argue about heights. I heard Kia Nurse is only 5"2".

Why wait for April? We can argue which school will get A'ja Wilson.

It is a bit depressing. Dec 6th and we only have 3 games the rest of the month. 3. Now there's something about the schedule we CAN whine about.

Fortunately the DVR is loaded with the old games to review.

You forgot about totally useless Husky trivia factoids. But since you asked for one, the Huskies are 7-0 all-time under Geno during this date of 12/6, the first win coming against Marist in the winter of 1985 and the last coming last December in the win over Penn State. In 2012 there was the 30 point whomping of reigning NC champ Texas A&M on that date. For 9 straight years from the 2002-03 through the 2010-11 season, the Huskies played no games on 12/6, so the school must have thought it was an unlucky date for some reason.

Unfortunately, there is no game on this 12/6, or 12/7 or 12/8 or 12/9 or 12/10 or 12/11 or 12/12 or 12/13 or 12/14 or 12/15 or 12/16. Counting is also another greatly useless thing to do.

It'll go fast guys, it's the holidays. Before you know it conference play will be well underway and you'll be asking yourself where the first half of the season went.

There are a few interesting sporting events this evening:
  • UConn MSoc vs UVA at 7pm. Winner goes to the College Cup
  • Kentucky v Baylor at 7:30 pm on ESPN3. First real competition for Baylor. This is part of a doubleheader at Texas stadium in which the KY and Baylor men play the 2nd game.
  • UConn MBB v Maine at 7pm

We could start a thread on unusual Holiday cuisine.

Bears with mustard is a good start.

I do like mustard on almost anything. It, especially, helps the lutefisk go down.

Since the closest game to Xmas is the one against the California Golden Bears, I guess a yellow mustard is in order for the bear dish. Beer mustard might also go well, since it sounds a bit like bear. For the Duke game, I'm not sure what you put on devil dogs, except maybe some spirits. For the Bearcats of Cinci maybe some catsup, and since UCF is a member of the Knight-shade family that includes potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, and chili peppers, the possibilities are pretty endless.

One could post a reply on the New York Times web edition regarding the signing of Robinson Cano with Seattle.
