When your team is the top team in the country so often, other teams stink.

Top 10 losses by Auburn and Illinois continues to expand the separation between ourselves and the #3 seed line.

It would take a horrible collapse on our part to fall lower than a #2.

1.UConn is 16-2, 7-1 in conference and number 1 in the country.

Nobody is watching UConn and calling us terrible.

2. Y’all should visit more message boards. The boneyard is not unique
If they watched the Seton Hall game one could have easily said UConn is at least overated and at most terrible.

Providence observations
  • Carter is really good. He looks like a 55 year old dead head (balding, long, scraggly hair), but he’s the only consistently good player for the Friars.
  • Corey Floyd is not good, but I’m unsure why. He doesn’t look bad, but he is.
  • I’d be shocked if Clingan doesn’t destroy Oduro. He misses so many bunnies.
And your issue with Dead Heads is?

No issue at all! Just wouldn't want to look like a 55 year-old one when I was 21ish! :)
Apparently you have not suffered from male pattern baldness. Did not happen to me until my early thirties but when it starts happening at 21 I cannot imagine how difficult that is to deal with. But at least we seem to agree he is their best player.

My best friend from high school started losing the hair on the top of his head noticeably at 16, and had Dan Hurley's hair style by 21.
Still amazes me to this day how early it happened.

Not to get off topic. This wasn't meant to make it a bald conversation. I assumed I'd lose my hair since most of my male relatives on BOTH sides were bald earlier, but it didn't happen. It's so much easier to be bald(ing) now than when I was a kid. Shaving the head (close or total) is such an accepted option compared to the 80's/early 90s. I'd go with a different cut if I was Carter (or Trae Young), but I'm fine with Carter doing his thing! Maybe we'll get him in the player to be named later for Corey Floyd.

We must have the same friend. Lol. My friend was not bothered at all by it. We still bust on him about it to this day. Except now he's 58 and it's normal.

So, heading to Tallahassee for the FSU/UNC game Saturday. We have some real good friends whose kids are at FSU so we're tagging along for the weekend.

Taking suggestions.

What's my play?

There are idiots everywhere.
And they drive slower than you, the maniacs are the ones who drive faster. I walk... (If I need to tell you it was G Carlin who first said that, you're young.)

Gonzaga pulled it together late in the 2nd half, that WCC tourney is gonna be interesting because there's no clear cut favorite this year

They did a bit, but San Fran didnt score for 9 minutes and had no offensive plan whatsoever. I mean they had the Gonzaga big with 4 fouls and didn't take it at him once.

USF did a poor job of getting the ball to Mogbo, he's been getting alot of NBA buzz lately

SMU lost to conference mate North Texas tonight. The ACC is going to be hugely strengthened by the addition of SMU, Cal and Stanford.
north texas would finish third in the big east.
