I know Memphis is in Tennessee, and so is Crystal Dangerfield... anyone know if she was at the game?

Dangerfield probably didn't make it. Blackman had a game today in Murphreesboro. 3-1/2 Hour drive from Memphis (Crystal had 13 points, 2 rebounds, 6 steals and 1 assist in a 70-24 win over Murphreesboro Siegel).

Just to give you an idea of how long the state is: Bristol to Memphis is 502 miles. Nashville to Windor, Ontario...536 miles
Slightly longer than Connecticut. ;)

On my first trip to the West Coast, I drove home from Memphis to Milford on the last day. It was about 24 hours. The longest part was the Memphis to Bristol stretch, where I was trying to find anything interesting to listen to on AM radio on a Sunday morning. It was challenge.

Nashville to Memphis is horrible. It's just battlefields and cotton fields. Nashville to Knoxville is a nice drive because of the mountains. Knoxville to Bristol is utterly miserable.

Try driving across Iowa or S. Dakota. You'll long for battlefields and cotton fields.

That's not fair. We also have...

Never mind. You're right. ;) I-80 is a little over 300 miles from Council Bluffs to Davenport. Even the drive from Wilton to Iowa City is painful and I did it weekly for four years. :-/
