UEFA UCL to use new seeding method next season

Not sure I agree, but UCL will now seed the league champions of the top 7 domestic leagues (EPL, Series A, La Liga, Bundesliga, French Ligus 1, Portugal Primeira Liga , and Russan Premiere League) and the prior years UCL champion as 1 seeds. If the UCL title holder is also a domestic champion the the 8th #1 seed will go to the champion of the 8th highest ranked domestic league (Netherlands or Ukraine)

This means Arsenal, Man U, Real Madrid, to name a few, will not be #1 seeds and most likely have tougher group draws.

Maybe but there is also the chance that they get a more favorable draw if they pull the Portugal or Russian champion as a 1 seed. My guess is that UCL won't wanna see their group stage knock out their heavy weights.
