Don’t disagree but damned if you do - damned if you don’t.
Agree, just asking a lot to have to get another hit. We are almost to the point where we have to try and steal runs on the bases being over aggressive. I do hate to say it because I know that will lead to boneheaded outs, but man we are struggling to generate offense.

This rubber game is a MUST win. Hasn't been a more important game all season.
Maybe they can start every inning with the mentality that there are 2 outs and they are down to their last out.

No wonder why we can't score. Every guy upper cutting hitting fly balls directly into a stiff breeze. Not a recipe for success.

Bottom 1st, a two out single by Woodworth leads to nothing for UConn. No score.

Top 2nd, a scoreless inning for Wang. Phillips with another nice defensive play at 3B. No score.

Those 2 out singles...I wonder how much of our struggles are due to natural variance?

If we hit the ball with 0/1 outs how we hit the ball with 2 outs, we'd be a great offensive team. Unbelievable.

Top 3rd, Joe Simeone gets the call from the pen to start the inning.

Odd, Wang was doing alright...I would have left him in until the top of their order came back up again at the very least.

Ya, but if Simeone has trouble, we're gonna have to go to CJ really early.

Chris Jones was speculating that Jimmy Wang hasn't thrown much since high school, and that he might have hit the proverbial freshman wall.

Bottom 3rd, Chris Winkel with a lead off triple off the wall. That means no outs, at least not yet.
