Kara certainly has the generational perspective when she was saying that today's players are soft.

Basically Kara said today's players are soft and need to be told they are doing a good job, and that if players are not about the team then maybe they need to transfer.

The much-condensed summary is that immediately following a couple sentences on AEH’s decision, she went immediately into a semi-rant about how today’s soft players were big stuff in high school, but can’t or won’t become selfless team players at UConn.
