I'm taping the game so haven't seen it yet, but it's clear they are smaller than us so what's up with our swiss cheese defense on the perimeter? Dayton is 4-5 out there shooting 80%... lacking intensity? Are we just slow? Getting beat?

Maybe put in Gabby or Saniya?

Malott & Hoover have 16 of Dayton's 22 Points. Geno has to find the defense to stop at least one of them. Malott is on the bench getting a rest so that's one way

We used to utilize a trapping 1-3-1 zone in past years -- not sure it's in the repertoire now but I wish it was. Too many easy shots from the top of the key and in the midrange for Dayton. Our man pressure is not affecting their screening action

She may be remembering that she was benched for her lack of defense. It's been much better the 2nd half of the year though...

Dayton looks like UConn on offense, great spacing, lots of moving. Passing is very good and Dayton is diciplined.
