Chong is playing herself deeper and deeper onto the bench.
Lazy passes, lazy dribbling, just lack of paying attention type stuff.

When tournament play starts its going to be extremely critical that Moriah not get into foul trouble. There's no other guard that can run the offense.

Morgan and Moriah are both shooting over 80%. Crazy good!

UConn outscored 28-18 after the bench came in with 10 to go.

Well, I didn't hate the last 10 minutes of this game like I hated the last 10 against St John's, but I sure didn't like it. Loved how the starters played, though. And loved Kiah's defense and Gabby's effort.

Moriah is probably the MVP of this team. Not necessarily the best player, but the most critical player. There's no other guard that can run the team effectively for long stretches. Kia can run it for small stretches of the game, but the game slows down when she does.

Stewie shot 100%, but only 3-3. She tied Courtney for 6th highest on the team.

Morgan shot 83% and Moriah shot 89%. MoJett is shooting about 75% over 5 games, including from the arc. This feels like last January. She's All-World!

I think Kiah had 7 blocks, not counting 1 on a questionable foul call.

I'm going to give Tulsa some props tonight. Yeah, they lost by 30+ points, but they looked a lot better than I thought they would be. Maybe they were small & got hammered inside, but they had no obvious dry spells. They have some good ball handlers, didn't give up & kept playing hard til the end. They're a young team, but I do see some positive potential for them. Get them some inside players & I think they can improve. We need teams in the AAC to step up & I liked what I saw from Tulsa tonight.

Good attendance on a miserably cold weeknight against an overmatched opponent: 8,103.

Part of that is who is on the floor with Kia. The bench is shaky right now.
