Is there a transfer who hasn't "heard" from UConn? Just hard to believe they're really interested in all these guys.

6-8 guard? Well that would definitely fit the "big guard" Hurley mentioned.

Griffin, the Illinois transfer. We were never mentioned and he already cut his list. I’m sure we could still reach out but that’s unlikely to come to fruition.

Wonder why we didn’t to be honest. Think he’d be a great fit.

From a quick glance, he can definitely shoot. Would have him below Nolley, McGowens, El Amin but I'd take him as a spot up shooter

It seems like we're reaching out to a ton, but there's also just way more than usual.

40% on 7 attempts per game from deep. 6'8 200 pounds. Sign me up.

Makes a nice off the dribble pull up at 1:08 in this (he's #2):

Rice Basketball Top Plays vs. St. Thomas (TX) (2019-20) | Stadium
0:32 good back cut
1:07 pull up J then catch and shoot J
2:04 catch and shoot J ... Taps his head before the shot goes in. Love that swagger.

Rice Basketball Top 5 Plays of the 2019-20 Season | Stadium
First 3 on this list of top 5 plays, then #1. Including a nasty tricky dribble and left-hand finish for #3, and a huge dunk on a BOB for #1.

He looks a little like Polley with handles and rebounding ability to me. Similar size, shooting ability. Not great at getting to the rim or passing the ball. Defensive IQ seems to be the ? to me. Obviously no evidence in the highlights.

I like his length and always like good shooters, but I get the vibe he's a poor man's Tyler Polley.

I wouldn't mind him, but he's not on the top of my wish list.

He looks like a Creighton player to me.

Edit- Just read he's interested in Creighton.
