Likely yes, but you never know. Seems like a slower offseason compared to the previous 2-3 years in regards to that there are fewer high profile transfers this year.

no, possible grad transfers are in summer school and need a degree to transfer.... there could be a few late August grad transfers

Relative to Anriel Howard, the 2nd summer term at Texas A&M ends on August 6, with finals August 7-8. Grades are due in on August 9, with summer commencement on August 10.

Assuming that Howard completes her degree on that schedule, we should know her plans soon after.

Assuming Howard is leaving A&M to play anywhere else this coming season, nothing can be official until she graduates.

well if I remember correctly the new NCAA transfer rules kick in in October so I suspect next Spring/Summer will be a really active transfer market

We’ll likely see more kids transfer from 2017 in the next year or two, not to mention grad transfers will likely make moves in summer 2020. It’s been an underwhelming class so far, lots of time for players to make strides and improvements.
