Is it just me or does it appear that the fb prizes are considered less desirable than those for basketball? ;)

Why don't they give away an American car, don't they know about the recession. Or, considering the make up of our team, a German import would make sense.

Because Toyota is a sponsor of UConn Athletics and Ford, GM and Chrysler are not.

the idea that there's "American" and "foreign" autos is pretty farcical anymore. what's more American, a Subaru made in Indiana, or a Ford made in Mexico? it's a global economy, buy what's best for your own wallet.

Yes, and all the profit leaves the country.

if you don't want the profit to leave the country, buy TM. I'm sure plenty of foreigners own F and GM, and they get their profits.

If you buy GM or Chrysler, all the losses stay in the country.

Toyota has 365,00 employees in the US and never asked for a bailout. Yet we SAVED the car industry. Geesh.
