Tahaad Pettiford was the smallest player out on the floor but he brought a lot of game with him in his matchup with Team Melo. The rising junior stands roughly 5-foot-11, 160-pounds but he is long, crafty and skilled.
Scoring wise, he wasn't efficient but he did make big plays and buckets coming down the stretch of the second half against guys a year older than him.
The Jersey City (N.J.) Hudson Catholic point guard has a dynamic handle, able to create scoring opportunities for himself and others. He makes shots, gets in the lane and has vision as a passer.
He already ranks inside the Top50 of the 2024 class and holds offers from UConn, Rutgers, Seton Hall and St. John's amongst others.
He finished with nine-points and five-assists.
