If you like hockey especially college hockey the New England and New York Hockey Journal are really good. The March 2016 New York Hockey Journal did their Prospect Pulse article on Tage Thompson. VERY good read:

According to S&C coach maureen Butler Thompson has put on 10 lbs of lean muscle mass since he has been here. She puts his ideal weight at 210 and thinks he will hit that at the end of his Sophomore year. The article also quotes Thompson that he and Letunov spend "hours after practice" working on their one timers, setting up at different spots.
