The game I'm currently watching is UCLA @ UNC. UNC is leading at the half in a good one 45-40. The Bruins look young and play young. With that said there is no denying the talent of the freshman specifically Canada, Caldwell, Billings, and Drummer. UCLA will be good after this team gels with Nirra Fields leading them. UNC is winning with experience.

Their two best players too. That's gonna be their achilles heel this season. No post depth, and #1 and #34 are foul prone.

What happened ?

Little bit of everything: elbows, complaining to refs. Nothing to crazy.

It's UCLA showing their youth as they are being baited in the paint, particularly by McDaniel/Mavunga They are rough in there and the frosh are falling for it. Coach Close has called them on it a couple of times. I think it's a good test for the baby bruins.

Wish i knew this about 2 hours ago. I didnt find out that the JMU-UCLA game was streaming for free on the JMU site until OT began. I need to pay better attention.

It was, but it was also Pan-Am's third game in three days too so I'd think fatigue would be pretty much a wash.
