Washington closed out the game on an 8-2 run to win by 5 after than Sun had taken a brief lead inside of 3 minutes.

Stef Dolson, the early-season WNBA rebounding leader, had 18 points and 12 boards.

For Triad: The 3 Dukies all saw action--Jasmine started but shot only 1-10--and combined for 15 points.
