Holy cow, she’s 40? Where’s that fresh faced teenager I used to watch?

Diana started things off with a game winner last night. Will Sue one up her against the Aces?

Was rooting for the lynx. Chrystal had 18 points but produced the crucial turnover at the end that led to Ds big 3.

Watching Seattle v Vegas. Seattle is deep with several transcendent players. Sue just hit two threes. Stewie playing well. Jordin Canada is a player and doesn't even start. Don't know if Lou will get many minutes. They also never stop hustling, much like Uconn

Lou will get enough minutes. She just needs to hit the open 3pt shots. Just made one before halftime to put Seattle up 49-40

Everyone worried about the Seattle off season losses. Ezi, Russell, and Lou are young and will more then replace Howard, Clark and Whitcomb.

The problem that Crystal had--besides her small hands--was that her teammates gave her the ball with the shot clock down to about 3 seconds. She tried to make a play under duress in traffic, but was unable.

Not defensively, which has been my concern all along.

Lou was a facilitator. The rebounding Samuelson's stat line was 5/6/1/1/1 on 2-3 shooting.

Wait until the season plays out Ezi has more talent then any of those players. You aren't a potege of Lauren Jackson unless you have amazing talent and want to work.

Honestly she barely looks like she's aged at all. She gives us inspiration for those of us creeping up on 40 ourselves. =)

Sue Bird with a funny anecdote about a teammate's mom being the same age as her.

Who retires first, Sue or Tom Brady? Neither is showing signs of aging or slowing down.

It will be fascinating to see where Sue's career takes her when she hangs up the Storm uniform. Whatever it is she will be very good at it.

Sue will have several options available to her; Coroporate Business, college/pro sports, broadcast media. You know she will choose wisely, and excel in whatever she does. ;)
