UConn travels to Chicago to where Geno will coach against his good friend and coach of the DePaul Blue Demons at Wintrust Arena which was opened in 2017 and its capacity is 10,387. UConn demolished the Blue Demons 88-51 at Storrs on 1/20/24. The Blue Demons are having a down year due to the loss of Junior starter Aneesah Morrow who transferred to LSU. They are currently 12-16 overall and 4-11 in the Big East. Their Home wins are against Xavier 79-47 and Providence 84-72 and road wins are against Xavier 76-55 and Butler 67-57. DePaul’s home losses against Georgetown 62-66, Creighton 68-75, St. John’s 77-83, Villanova 64-95 and Marquette 58-69. Their away games at Providence 65-72, Marquette 47-78, UConn, Georgetown 42-44, Creighton 59-88 and Seton Hall 78-91. has played all these teams at least once winning them all on average of 31.9 points. DePaul’s SoS by Massey is 76th and rated 101st, UConn’s SOS is 2 and rated 3rd. They average in Conference play 65.1 points a game while allowing 72 points, 35.3 rebounds, 14 assists, 9.6 steals, 2.9 blocks, 14.4 turnovers, 37.8 FG%, 76 FT%, and have a 26.6 3pt%. UConn has averaged 84.2 pts while giving up 52.3 pts. The Blue Demons best win was against WI Green Bay, Massey rated #66 and worst loss was against Providence, Massey rated #134. Offensively they are ranked 75th while defensively they are ranked 226th vs UConn being ranked 4th in both offense and defense.

- All predictions and any changes must be submitted by 5:45 P.M. Eastern on game day, any predictions submitted after the cut-off will not be accepted. The game is on CBS Sports Network.
- The winner must be named, either UConn/Huskies or DePaul/Blue Demons. No predictions like "85-55 the good guys", will be accepted if there isn't a winner stated.
- If prior to the closing of the Prognosticator’s Predictions, you wish to change your prognostication you must submit a new prediction by stating that you wish to change your previous prediction and provide the post number of the original post. If the request for change is submitted prior to the closing of accepted predictions, you will receive a "like" letting you know that it was accepted and changed.
- If someone believes that they have been missed, or someone notices that another fellow Prognosticator has been missed by the gamekeeper, then it must be brought to the gamekeeper's attention within 24 hours of the posting of the winner(s) game thread.
- I don’t see UConn having any problems with the Blue Demons, they will wear them down by the end of the 2nd qtr and get another conference win. UConn 90 – DePaul 54.
