The Guardians have a day off after each game in New York. The second day is meant for travel, the first is for TV purposes. They would never pull a game up, which would cause significant interference with pitching staffs. MLB will wait until probably an hour or so before game time. They will not want the starters to begin their pre-game throwing routines, just to be shut down minutes before 1st pitch. If they do postpone, expect the game to be pushed to Friday at an odd hour in order to make an effort to not conflict with other scheduled games.
For reference, recall 2004. Game 3 in Boston vs. New York was rained out and became Game 5 on Monday. Those who originally had Game 4 and Game 5 tickets used them on their scheduled day, irrespective of what "game" they were for. "Game 3" tickets were honored on Monday. This way, only 35,000 people were inconvenienced vs. potentially 105,000 had they just pushed everyone back a day. First pitch was around 5:00. Of course as luck would have it, the Houston/St. Louis game, which started in the 8:00 hour, was or was nearly over before the Red Sox won that night.
