Wow what a list of future HOFs.

I thought Hopkins was coach in waiting

Nobody who has won anything. What happens to Mikey Hopkins if he goes there and fails? I doubt he is coach-in-waiting anymore, which is where I want him.

According to the Boston Globe, Amaker is Plan A. Plan B everyone else.
I hate to believe in conspiracies; but, it looks like the entire Calhoun to BC story was designed to distract attention away from UConn’s NCAA success.

Look at their list of candidates. I think BC put his name out there to try and legitimize the program and opportunity. Like their last 15 years..... epic fail.

Part of me actually misses BC being relevant in Basketball. My memory may off of the actual game; but, taking a road trip to visit a friend at BC in either 93/94 or 95/96, getting drunk before the game, and then running for my life from Contre after UConn beat the Eagles in OT. The chase ended at Mary Ann’s, an absolute mess of a college bar in Cleveland Circle.

BC has become a hoops coaching graveyard. Even their most successful coach over the past 15+ years, Al Skinner, was fired for inquiring about the St. John's job.
A few FB coaches were fired for looking elsewhere too. Without much of a commitment to hoops, every future coach who accepts the BC post will fail, and, see his career go down the drain.

I think Tom Moore is the perfect hire.
Why? Moore really hasn't accomplished enough. There are better candidates out there but then again it is BC.

You could seriously argue that the Manhattan/USF guy is better than any of these candidates. USF getting a better guy than BC? Really?

Looking at that list I'm kinda surprised Danny Hurley isn't on there...
