Is Tiger having another weekend collapse in a Major. Sure looks like it after 5 holes.

Misses 3 Birdie putts on the first three holes, one less then 3 feet in length. Now bogeys the 4th & 5th hole. Plus two after 5 holes.

Tiger does this on the easiest holes on the course. The pressure is getting to him and his demeanor is showing it.

He's 5 behind Rory and Vijay, with 29 holes left. Adam Scott is 1 back. I'd like to see him win.

Tiger's record when trailing after 54 holes in a major is not so good.

He has only played 7 holes. No matter how good a golfer may be, putting together four good rounds on a championship course is never easy.

Changing his swing, his caddy, and teacher along with his personal problems is tuff to get back from. He was at the top and had everything going for him, he now is starting over and isnt 20 anymore. Its going to be tuff from here on out.

He's tied for 6th and 5 back, with 18 left to play. I think he gets another top 10, but not a win. Rory still leads.

Biggest surprise of the tournament? John Daly! He blew up on Friday, carding a 77 but instead of throwing his clubs and tieing one on he came back with a 73 yesterday and while he has no chance of winning he'll probably make his biggest paycheck of the year.

American players continue their dismal efforts on at the LPGA's Jamie Farr Classic.
Six Korean and a Japanese player occupy the top 7 places. If you want to find out how your favorite LPGA player is doing start by looking below the cut line.

TW is tied for 9th, 7 shots behind. Rory leads and has 8 to play.

Tiger finishes another weekend of Major title golf without a round under par.

True, the Asian LPGA players generally have dominated that tour. However the top four Americans have missed three cuts collectively during the entire year, so there's no need to look below the cut line. American Stacy Lewis leads the LPGA in money and in POY points btw.

He needs to get a 36-hole lead and pray for cataclysmic weather that washes out the last two rounds.

You missed the point. There were 75 Americans in the field. Of the 75 players 43 of them missed the cut.

Lewis is one of only 3-4 Americans with any consistency on the tour. However, what you neglected to mention is that Lewis is one of only two Americans on the money list top 15.

Rory is catching up. He's only 12 majors behind Tiger. :)

Very happy for Rory. Easily my favorite golfer (if I had one).

What I found so impressive about Rory was, his play on the back nine. Lots of guys scored birdies on the front - but, just about everybody near the top of the leaderboard put it into reverse on the back nine. Not McIlroy.
